Delete Your Toe Beans Account

Toe Beans LLC ("Toe Beans") gives every user two ways to permanently delete their account and associated data: directly in the app, or by requesting deletion by email. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
Option 1: Delete your account in the app
Steps
- Open the Toe Beans app and log in.
- Go to Profile → Settings.
- Tap Delete Account.
- Enter your current password and type DELETE to confirm.
- Confirm one final time. Your account and data are deleted immediately.
Option 2: Request deletion without the app
Steps
- Email [email protected] from the email address associated with your Toe Beans account.
- Include the subject line "Account Deletion Request."
- We will verify the request and permanently delete your account and data, typically within 7 days.
What gets deleted

What is kept, and why
If you submitted a community sighting of a lost animal (not your own pet), the sighting itself — its photo, location, and description — is kept after your account is deleted, because it may still help reunite someone else's lost pet with its owner. However, your name, email address, and phone number are immediately and permanently removed from that sighting, so no personal or contact information about you remains attached to it.
We may also retain limited records where required to comply with applicable law, resolve disputes, or enforce our agreements. Any such records are retained only as long as legally necessary and are not used for any other purpose.
Retention period
Deletion requested in the app takes effect immediately. Deletion requested by email is completed within 7 days of a verified request. There is no additional waiting or "grace" period beyond that — once processed, the data described above is gone.
